Functions:
-
To represent the Turkish Police Organization in the presence of INTERPOL and EUROPOL.

To carry out the NCO activities within the scope of Geneva Convention.
-
To ensure the coordination and cooperation among the other police organizations and our Organization in order to fight against all types of international crimes and criminals effectively and to prevent the events.
-
To perform the procedures on prosecution at an international level, arrest and extradition of convicts or suspects wanted for extradition by our national or foreign judicial authorities.

To issue Notices and Diffusions at international level and to ensure them to be published by General Secretariat.

To bring the information and documents received from the General Secretariat and the other member countries into use of the relevant departments.

To inform the relevant departments of the recent crime techniques and types appeared at the international level and to ensure that the preventive measures are taken in order to prevent the spread of them into our country.
